You can pay for your order by Pay Pal or Credit Card (using one of the accepted cards specified on the website). The payment process takes place via a protected connection directly linked to the banking institution which provides the online payment service. The SSL data transmission system ensures the protection of the data.
At present we do not accept payment by COD or wire transfer.

If you possess a credit card active in your PayPal account, the system will enable you to save a code so as to be recognized the next times you make a payment without having to re-enter your user credentials.

If you use your credit card as the payment method, the data provided will be collected by VERDECCHIA SLK in an encrypted manner and transmitted to Banca Popolare dell’Emilia Romagna, which provides the remote electronic payment service and will process the data autonomously according to the strictest security standards and solely for the purpose of enabling you to make purchases on our website.
Remember that you will be solely responsible for the data you enter, so use only credit cards that you are the legitimate holder of and are entitled to use.
Authorization of a credit card payment may be denied for the following reasons:
- the credit card has expired
- the credit limit has been reached.
- some incorrect data were entered.
- you did not enter the 3D Secure Code: in some cases a Secure Code will be requested.

Shipments
The products purchased on the website will be delivered via an express courier used by the seller, within the time specified at the time the order is finalized and in any case within 7 business days from the time the courier is commissioned to deliver the parcel.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and the products are generally dispatched on the first business day following the confirmation of payment.
We will not dispatch the items ordered until verifying the certainty of collecting payment.
After your purchase and the order has been finalized, you can track it requesting the tracking number to our customer service.
The courier does not make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays, and orders may undergo shipping delays during holiday periods.
If you are away at the time of delivery, the courier will follow one of the following procedures, depending on the location:
- They will place a notice of attempted delivery near your doorbell or letterbox containing useful information for arranging a new delivery.
- They will deposit your order with an authorized collection centre, leaving a notice of attempted delivery with details of the shipment: at that point you can log onto the website of TNT or of the courier used and check the address and business hours of the collection centre where you can pick up your package, as well as the deadline for pick-up. After the stated period has elapsed, the package will be sent back to us.
We advise you to monitor the status of your order frequently until it is delivered.
Return Policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can ask for a return within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you received the purchased products.

As soon as the seller will approve your return request further instructions will be providen
The cost for return delivery will be deducted from the paid amount in the initial order

Further restrictions apply for returns:
The products must not have been used, worn or washed;
The products must be returned complete with all the original accessories;
The products must be returned in their original packaging;
The returned products must be handed over to the forwarding agent within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you sent notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
the products must not be damaged.
